International Relief & Development, a major U.S. NGO, chose Khmer Mekong Films to film a documentary about its development work in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia and throughout Laos.
Directed by Choun Samnang and produced by Millan Lov, the nine-day packed shoot wrapped on 19 June 2008.
Matthew Robinson was executive producer.
