Epic Arts, Cambodia, set up to encourage disabled Cambodians to participate in performance arts, commissioned KMF to make two half-hour documentaries.
The first film covered preparations for SPOTLIGHT, Epic’s major Arts Festival for disabled people from South-East Asia.
The second film covered the week of the Festival in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap at the end of Feburary 2008.
Shooting finished March, post-production May, delivery June, broadcast CTN July 2008.
