KMF staff were hired by the BBC World Service Trust to make two films for Cambodia’s National Election Committee, financed by the UNDP.
Using a drama format, KMF wrote the scripts and completed the two-in-one project – a 40-minute film for election officers and a 12-minute film for the general public - in five weeks.
During the run-up to the commune elections, KMF’s films were aired many times on all Cambodians TV stations after enthusiastic public endorsement
by Prime Minister Hun Sen.
